Delivery Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Delivery Operations Coordinator will support the growth of Liwa Minor’s delivery business across the UAE. Reporting to the Operations team, the role combines analytical reporting with day‑to‑day management of multiple aggregator platforms to ensure smooth and efficient delivery service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations for all UAE stores.
• Manage relationships with delivery aggregators such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon and others.
• Monitor delivery KPIs, sales trends, customer feedback and overall operational performance.
• Coordinate menu updates, promotional campaigns and platform activations.
• Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Develop reports, dashboards and performance insights to aid business decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimise delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or a related field.
• Experience in delivery operations, food & beverage operations or aggregator management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
