Demand Planner – Consumer Electronics

About the role

LG Electronics is seeking a Demand Planner to manage demand and supply planning for consumer electronics product categories in its Dubai, UAE operation. You will be responsible for accurate forecasting, inventory management and coordinating purchase orders to ensure product availability across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sell‑in and sell‑out trends, develop demand forecasts and adjust supply plans to meet safety‑stock and inventory targets.
• Generate purchase orders based on forecasted volumes, troubleshoot supply disruptions and align inbound supply with demand.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly S&OP reports, highlighting risks, opportunities and performance against KPIs.
• Maintain ERP planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock, end‑of‑life and new‑product introductions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product‑level forecasting or supply planning experience in a global sourcing environment.
• 3+ years of hands‑on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or Manugistics).
• Fluent English with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
