Demi Chef de Partie – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Dubai. You will support senior chefs in delivering high‑quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place and produce food across various sections and satellite kitchens.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area in line with hotel standards.
• Control food stock levels and monitor food costs for your section.
• Follow menu specifications and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Lead and instruct junior staff in food preparation and assist with buffet and special function setups.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to manage cleanliness, waste, and cost control.

Required profile

• Completed professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course.
• Previous experience in reputable establishments with solid culinary fundamentals.
• Strong command of English for effective communication.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and under pressure.

Required skills

• Food preparation, presentation and preservation techniques.
• Knowledge of stock and cost control procedures.
