The Lana, part of the Dorchester Collection, is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie for The Gallery restaurant in Dubai. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to work in a luxury hotel environment, develop culinary expertise, and grow within an award‑winning learning academy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain food quality control to ensure the highest standards for guests.
• Manage appropriate and timely food rotation and stock handling.
• Deliver timely service and oversee preparation of dishes in line with menu specifications.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold consistency, hygiene, and safety standards.
