Development Associate – Real Estate

About the role

Modon Holding is seeking a Development Associate to support the full lifecycle of real‑estate projects, from identifying opportunities to delivering completed developments. You will work alongside senior developers, architects, engineers and government stakeholders on landmark mixed‑use projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and site analysis to identify new development opportunities.
• Assist in feasibility studies, including financial modelling and preliminary risk assessment.
• Help prepare project briefs, business plans and investment summaries.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, cash‑flow analysis and ROI calculations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants during design phases and review drawings for compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in contractor and vendor coordination, support site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure quality, timelines and budget adherence.
• Liaise with investors, government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• Good understanding of budgeting, cost management and financial tracking.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Interest in real‑estate development and willingness to learn across all project phases.
