About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Manager to join Gadget Express in Dubai. The role will drive digital initiatives, manage client relationships and support cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Buying, planning and reporting to your accounts.
- Training, mentoring and building high‑performing teams.
- Maintaining strong client relationships.
- Initiating creative and business‑building ideas.
- Assisting in setting overall direction for program planning and negotiating strategies.
- Ensuring efficient workflow, meeting deadlines and writing reports of key meetings.
- Leading meetings with other departments.
- Acting as a positive role model with a hardworking attitude and continuously reviewing work for quality.
Required profile
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a solid understanding of current digital trends.
