Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead SRJ REAL ESTATE L.L.C’s online marketing efforts from our Dubai office. You will design, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns that showcase our property investment opportunities and drive qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display and email channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, creating targeted content that engages investors and prospects.
• Develop and optimise lead‑generation funnels, including landing pages and paid advertising, to meet monthly inquiry targets.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools, produce regular reports and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with sales, advisory and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely delivery of assets.
• Maintain a budget for digital advertising, allocating spend efficiently across platforms.
• Stay informed on UAE real‑estate market trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within real‑estate or investment sectors.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
