Digital Merchandiser – Skincare

About the role

The Digital Merchandiser for Skincare will own the online assortment experience, ensuring products are visible, discoverable and purchasable across Sephora’s web and app platforms. You will manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from creation and launch to promotion and optimisation, for a large portfolio of brands in multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Execute digital action plans to develop SKU, brand and sub‑category performance online.
• Coordinate online product launches and ensure timely go‑live dates.
• Optimize category, brand and SKU performance through data analysis and merchandising adjustments.
• Monitor market trends and update onsite merchandising accordingly.
• Produce weekly, monthly and yearly performance reports and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Activate gifts with purchase and sample programs per the trading calendar.
• Drive category visibility and implement planned calendar activities.
• Act as a digital ambassador for Sephora with internal teams and external brands.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track commercial performance and recommend improvements.
• Experience in e‑commerce merchandising, product lifecycle management or category management.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple launches across several countries.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SEO, navigation and search optimization.
• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and KPI reporting.
