Director, International Business Development – Middle East & Asia Pacific (C5ISR)

About the role

L3Harris is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic growth of its multi‑billion‑dollar C5ISR portfolio across the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape sector strategy, lead cross‑functional teams, and deliver AI‑enabled solutions that meet national security needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a 3‑year global new‑business pipeline and exceed international operating‑plan targets.
• Lead globally distributed, cross‑functional teams to pursue complex C5ISR opportunities.
• Design and execute enterprise‑level campaigns that integrate capabilities across sectors.
• Define long‑term business strategy and introduce differentiated, AI‑enabled offerings.
• Leverage strategic partnerships and commercial technologies to accelerate solution development.
• Strengthen market positioning through senior‑level customer engagements, demonstrations, and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 15 years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 13 years, or 19 years without a degree.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale, multi‑year pipelines in defense, aerospace or advanced‑technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex international pursuits and collaborate with global teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and expertise in integrating advanced technologies, including AI, into new solutions.
