Director of Business Development

About the role

TransPerfect Legal is seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to lead revenue generation initiatives across its legal services portfolio in Dubai. You will be responsible for building new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the company as a market leader.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute strategies to drive new revenue and close business opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities through cold calling, research, networking events, trade shows, and direct marketing.
• Educate clients on TransPerfect’s services, highlighting capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Present solutions in one‑on‑one, group, online, and in‑person meetings.
• Manage pricing and contractual issues by understanding company procedures.
• Provide customer support, manage client expectations, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Quote, manage, and bill projects daily, coordinating with production teams to maintain profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within professional services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
