Director of Fundraising – International Capital & India Projects

About the role

BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE is seeking a Director of Fundraising to lead international capital‑raising initiatives for qualified Indian businesses, projects and asset‑backed opportunities. Based in Dubai and working in a hybrid mode, you will manage the full fundraising lifecycle from lead generation to financial close.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with international investors, family offices, private equity, venture capital, banks and other capital providers.
• Source, evaluate and structure fundraising opportunities for Indian companies, projects, properties and assets.
• Arrange equity, debt, structured finance, project finance and private credit solutions tailored to cash‑flow, project economics and security packages.
• Design asset‑backed financing structures where commercially feasible, linking funding to verified asset values.
• Prepare investment proposals, information memorandums, financial models and presentations for investors.
• Coordinate with Indian promoters, legal advisors, financial advisors, valuers, auditors and other transaction professionals.
• Negotiate terms, manage due‑diligence, and drive transactions to successful financial closure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international fundraising, capital arrangement or investment structuring.
• Strong network of global investors and institutional capital providers.
• Deep understanding of equity, debt, project finance and asset‑backed financing.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple mandates and navigate complex regulatory environments.
