Director of Sales – Middle East (Remote, Dubai)

About the role

Pallet, an AI‑driven platform transforming the physical economy, is looking for its first Director of Sales in Dubai to lead enterprise sales across the Middle East. The role is remote, with extensive travel to meet logistics providers and shape the company’s international go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract signature across the ME region.
• Build and maintain a 3‑4× qualified pipeline, self‑sourcing at least 30% of opportunities.
• Develop relationships with C‑level executives at the region’s largest logistics providers.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to map operational workflows to Pallet’s AI agents.
• Scope and run structured pilots that demonstrate measurable ROI and convert to enterprise deployments.
• Document repeatable use cases and feed market feedback into product and GTM strategy.
• Travel extensively (≈75% of time) for customer meetings, workshops, pilots and industry events.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or logistics sales experience.
• Business‑fluent Arabic for discovery, negotiation and presentations.
• Proven record of closing six‑ and seven‑figure enterprise software deals.
• Strong consultative, value‑based selling methodology and ability to navigate complex buying committees.
• Executive presence with senior operators and technology leaders.
• Excellent outbound prospecting discipline and willingness to travel extensively.
