Dozer Dry Operator – UAE

About the role

We are seeking a skilled, safety‑conscious, and experienced Dozer Dry Operator to join our operations team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating pipelayer‑equipped bulldozers for pipe handling, lifting, positioning, lowering‑in, and related pipeline construction activities. This role is essential in supporting earthmoving activities through pushing, spreading, levelling, and compacting materials according to project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently to perform earthmoving and grading activities.
• Push, spread, level, and stockpile soil, sand, aggregate, and other construction materials.
• Follow survey markers, grade references, and supervisor instructions to achieve required elevations and tolerances.
• Conduct pre‑start inspections and daily equipment checks before operation.
• Report equipment defects, unsafe conditions, and maintenance requirements immediately.
• Maintain awareness of underground services, overhead obstacles, site traffic, and other hazards.
• Work closely with supervisors, surveyors, truck drivers, excavator operators, and other site personnel.
• Complete daily equipment logs, checklists, and operational records accurately.

Required profile

• Must have UAE Heavy Tractor/Heavy machinery License number 8.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience operating bulldozers in civil construction, infrastructure, or earthmoving projects.
• Experience in large‑scale earthworks, oil and gas projects, and site development projects is preferred.
• Ability to interpret grade references, site instructions, and operational procedures.
• Proficient in basic English communication, including reading and understanding work instructions and safety requirements.
