Ecommerce Analyst – Middle East

About the role

Our client, a leading global consumer products company in the beauty and wellness sector, is looking for a results‑driven Ecommerce Analyst to support its growth across the GCC. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and cross‑functional teams to optimise online sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and brand objectives for each market.
• Manage fill‑rate and lead‑time KPIs, ensuring product availability.
• Oversee assortment, promotions and visibility settings using performance metrics.
• Participate in demand planning and stock arrangement in coordination with distributors.
• Lead the listing and launch of new SKUs on the Amazon Seller platform.
• Support market expansion across the GCC, collaborating with country sales partners and external agencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of ecommerce experience, including account/customer management.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller operations.
• Proven ability to work with supply‑chain stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Willingness to reside in the Middle East and travel within the region.
• Strong influencing, analytical and execution‑focused mindset.
