Ecommerce Manager

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead digital commerce initiatives across its portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. You will shape long‑term e‑commerce strategies, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive growth for the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital commerce strategies with a long‑term vision, growth ambition and customer prioritisation.
• Build strategic alignment with customers and internal teams to create value‑focused growth plans.
• Continuously improve e‑capabilities such as DAM, content, packaging, net sales, P&L and analytics reporting.
• Leverage data and analytics to make bold, informed decisions and optimise the digital shelf.
• Launch personalised, differentiated innovations and ensure best‑in‑class execution.
• Create rich, conversion‑focused content that drives higher click‑through and conversion rates.
• Define and monitor key digital metrics, using scorecards to recommend corrective actions.
• Drive demand and purchase through a full‑funnel approach centred on consumer journeys.
• Develop robust category growth plans across sub‑channels and design promotion strategies.
• Coordinate 360° marketing communications with consumer marketing and digital platforms.
• Estimate and track sales, traffic, marketing spend and channel performance for e‑commerce retailers.
• Partner with agencies and digital technology platforms to optimise traffic‑driving initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of e‑commerce marketing or account management experience, preferably within a multinational FMCG company.
• Fluent English communication skills.
