Strategic Marcom Manager – Emerging & Expansion Geographies

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Marcom Manager to join the Emerging & Expansion Geographies Marcom Team. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator and marketer with strategic business and analytics acumen, and excellent writing ability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a multi‑channel content strategy for new program, technology and product launches, including written communications, executive messaging, infographics, and video.
• Translate complex messaging into simple and easy‑to‑understand content.
• Interview Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and build advocacy and testimonial stories to promote the program as an entrepreneurial opportunity of choice.
• Identify emerging topics and develop proactive plans with stakeholders.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables.
• Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing or working within cross‑functional marketing and creative teams.
• Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels.
• Experience creating visual assets for digital, mobile, and social platforms.
