Emirati Laboratory Technologist

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an Emirati Laboratory Technologist to join its 24/7 diagnostic laboratory at Marsa Plaza, Dubai. The role supports physicians and healthcare teams by delivering accurate, timely diagnostic results in a modern, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests across multiple laboratory disciplines.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and timely reporting of results to aid clinical decision‑making.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and calibrate laboratory equipment in line with quality and safety standards.
• Adhere to DHA regulations, laboratory protocols and infection‑prevention procedures.
• Maintain confidential patient information and accurate laboratory documentation.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Support continuous quality‑improvement initiatives and accreditation requirements.

Required profile

• Emirati national with a valid Family Book.
• Current DHA license.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of patient data.

Required skills

• Laboratory equipment operation.
