Engineer – Parts & Service for Surface & Underground Drills (Middle East)

About the role

We are looking for an Engineer – Parts & Service to support Sandvik’s surface and underground drilling portfolio across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with dealers and customers to drive parts sales, provide technical assistance and deliver training.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell consumables, spare and wear parts for Sandvik surface and underground drills.
• Install, commission, inspect, repair and maintain drilling equipment at customer sites or on‑site premises.
• Provide technical support for warranty handling, advanced repairs and troubleshooting of non‑standard issues.
• Deliver training to dealer and customer service teams on equipment operation, service and maintenance.
• Analyse failed products, report abnormalities and recommend improvements considering energy efficiency and maintenance costs.
• Prepare analysis, reports and documentation for customer invoicing and service planning.
• Travel extensively across Middle Eastern countries and adapt working hours to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Middle East.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours to support customers.
• Ability to work independently on site and make technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills for training and customer interaction.
