About the role
The Commis I position at Sea Fu Kitchen is an entry‑level role in the culinary team. You will support senior chefs with food preparation, cooking and cleaning tasks, gaining hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Support cooking operations and follow recipe instructions.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
