Head Chef – Dubai Restaurant

About the role

The Head Chef leads and manages the kitchen operation, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety. The role also covers menu planning, team leadership, cost and inventory control, and staff development to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and safety standards.
• Plan menus, control food costs, and oversee inventory and portion control.
• Develop and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage kitchen resources efficiently.

Required profile

• Culinary Arts, Hospitality or related qualification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef or Senior Chef.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP principles.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
