Entry-Level Property Advisor – Dubai

About the role

Engel & Völkers Dubai is looking for motivated individuals to join its premium rental team as Property Advisors. This entry‑level position offers full training, mentorship and the chance to work with high‑end residential lettings in one of the world’s most dynamic real‑estate markets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on renting premium and luxury properties across Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective buyers.
• Generate new business through calls, networking events and digital platforms.
• Conduct property viewings, provide market insights and negotiate tenancy agreements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, pricing and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Ambitious, target‑driven and financially motivated.
• Confident, resilient and able to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Aged 21 + with a valid driving licence (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Willing to relocate to Dubai and financially support yourself during the initial months.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead management.
