ERP Sales & Marketing Manager – Jewellery Industry

About the role

The ERP Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the promotion and sales of our specialised ERP solution for the jewellery sector in the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, build a pipeline of prospects and work closely with product and technical teams to ensure the solution meets market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed targets within the jewellery industry.
• Identify new business opportunities, build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Design and run targeted multi‑channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and raise brand visibility.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value of the ERP solution.
• Maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients and industry partners.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical and product development teams to align offerings with market requirements.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably selling ERP or technology solutions.
• In‑depth understanding of the jewellery industry is highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of complex sales cycles, lead generation and digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging C‑level executives.
• Strategic, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
