Evaluator - Fabric And Home Care MENA

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Fragrance Evaluator to support the Fabric & Home Care category across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets. Based in the regional Creative Centre in Dubai, you will work closely with Perfumers, marketers and consumer insights teams to guide fragrance development that meets regional consumer preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead evaluation projects and manage briefs for specific categories, countries or regions under the supervision of the Creative Fragrance Manager.
• Contribute to winning briefs by selecting suitable fragrance concepts that align with customer needs.
• Analyse regional marketing trends and apply them to fragrance development.
• Participate in proactive development projects and collaborate directly with Perfumers to create fragrance themes.
• Follow Givaudan best practices and interact with sales colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience in fragrance evaluation or olfactive development, preferably within consumer product categories.
• Strong strategic view with the ability to analyse current trends, forecast future trends and assess consumer preferences.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with Perfumers, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Research and Laboratory experts.
• Based in Dubai and able to work onsite in the regional hub.
