Event Concierge – Guest Service Expert

About the role

The Event Concierge (Guest Event Expert) ensures every event at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is executed flawlessly from start to finish. You will create memorable experiences for guests by handling set‑up, service, and breakdown while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down event materials, décor and equipment.
• Transport supplies and coordinate logistics for banquets and functions.
• Take guest orders, interact with attendees and provide attentive service throughout events.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, quality standards and proper handling of objects up to 50 lb.
• Ensure personal appearance, uniform compliance and professional communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
