About the role
The Events Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the events department operations, providing operational guidance across all events, and driving financial performance for Terra Solis Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Carry sole responsibility for the events department operations.
- Accountable for overall operational guidance across the entity’s events.
- Plan and implement programs, policies and procedures to ensure standards are met.
- Establish and achieve the department’s annual financial budget forecasts, meeting monthly revenue and GOP targets while controlling expenses.
- Plan and execute events from concept through to final cleanup.
- Oversee all aspects of event production, ensuring seamless delivery.
