Events – Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Events Technical Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of our event productions in Dubai. You will coordinate audio, video, lighting and projection systems while ensuring seamless integration with scenic construction and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise all technical aspects of events, including audio, video, lighting and projection.
• Collaborate with scenic construction teams to align technical requirements with design drawings.
• Maintain high accuracy while working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Manage client‑facing interactions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure all technical documentation and drawings are up‑to‑date and compliant.

Required profile

• Good understanding of event technologies such as audio, video, lighting and projection.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy when working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Minimum five years of experience in technical productions.

Required skills

• Experience with scenic construction and technical production.
• Proficiency in reading and creating technical and scenic drawings using Vectorworks, AutoCAD and Sketchup.
