About the role

The Investment Advisory function is a core pillar of Global Private Banking, delivering investment solutions and advisory services to select Private Banking and Key Client Group clients. This senior position combines management of advisory teams with direct client engagement, requiring deep market expertise and strong leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Investment Advisory teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, attracting and retaining top investment talent.
• Act as player/coach, overseeing a portfolio of key clients while guiding advisors to build portfolios aligned with the bank’s house view and client risk profiles.
• Provide cross‑asset class advisory services, generate tailored investment ideas, and ensure execution and risk monitoring in line with policies.
• Partner with coverage teams to acquire and retain IA mandates, pitch services, and own advisory KPIs for AUM and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in investment advisory or related financial markets roles.
• Strong knowledge of the global economy, capital markets, equity and fixed‑income analysis, asset allocation and portfolio construction.
• Proven people‑management and client‑facing abilities, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
