Executive Personal Assistant – Global Travel Support

About the role

This high‑exposure position supports the Chairman of a leading global investment group. Based in Dubai, the role combines executive assistance with extensive international travel, ensuring seamless personal and business operations across Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of the Chairman’s global travel itinerary.
• Travel internationally up to 50% of the time to provide on‑site support.
• Liaise with aviation teams, pilots, household managers and local staff at multiple residences.
• Oversee project management for on‑site initiatives at international properties.
• Manage personal and business appointments, aligning with offices in Singapore and Dubai.
• Source luxury products, conduct personal shopping and support family projects.
• Contribute to a polished, professional team culture.
