About the role
The Experience Restaurant Manager will lead the daily operations of Doner House in Abu Dhabi, ensuring high‑quality food service, optimal team performance and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate staff to build a skilled and engaged team.
- Implement hygiene, cleanliness procedures and oversee preparation and presentation of food according to brand standards.
- Plan, organize, direct and control day‑to‑day restaurant operations.
- Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and adjust procedures and pricing.
- Greet customers, resolve complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate catering arrangements and facility use for banquets or receptions.
- Prepare the annual budget and business plan for the department.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of experience in food and beverage, with at least 3‑4 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a major plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
