About the role

Perform brickwork, blockwork, stonework, plastering, screeding, and concrete repairs as per project requirements. Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and work instructions to ensure accurate execution of masonry works.

Key responsibilities

  • Construct and repair walls, partitions, foundations, pavements, and other structural elements.
  • Prepare and mix mortar, cement, and other construction materials.
  • Ensure all masonry work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and report defects, material shortages, or site issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

  • High School education or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Mason in construction projects.
  • Ability to read basic construction drawings and specifications.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
