Export Sales Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking an Export Sales Manager to drive international growth of skincare and personal care products. The role focuses on identifying export opportunities, building relationships with overseas buyers and distributors, and supporting private‑label manufacturing across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales activities for skincare and personal care products in target markets.
• Identify new international business opportunities and cultivate relationships with buyers, distributors, importers, and brand owners.
• Leverage existing industry networks to expand the company’s presence in export markets.
• Manage private‑label manufacturing opportunities within the cosmetics and personal care sector.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, product information and handle export documentation.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and business agreements with international customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, order processing and compliance with export requirements.
• Monitor market developments and pursue growth opportunities to meet assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in export sales within the skincare or personal‑care industry.
• Strong network of international buyers, distributors and brand owners.
• Knowledge of private‑label manufacturing and international trade processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
