Insurance Customer Service & Agent – Sharjah

About the role

Join our team at Rukn Al Aseel Insurance Services in Al Majaz 3, Sharjah. We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable with computers, fluent in English, and ready to use their people skills in the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in clear, professional English via phone, email, or in person.
• Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Word and Excel, keeping records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Handle day‑to‑day email correspondence with clients, partners, and internal team members.
• Support the team with administrative tasks that keep insurance operations running smoothly.
• Assist walk‑in clients and help them understand the services we offer.

Required profile

• Strong command of English – written and spoken.
• Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email platforms.
• Previous work experience in the UAE.
• Valid residency visa that can be transferred.
• Based in or able to work in Sharjah, Al Majaz 3.
