Fabric & Home Care MEA Purchasing Manager

About the role

The Purchasing (Sourcing) team is looking for an entry‑level Purchasing Manager to support the Fabric & Home Care business unit across the Middle East and Africa. Working under close supervision, you will help execute sourcing strategies and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing purchasing strategies for the assigned SBU/category.
• Participate in the development and rollout of new procurement techniques and procedures.
• Execute specific tasks or segments within the SBU/category while following detailed, predefined processes.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal team members and suppliers.
• Follow established precedents and documentation for all purchasing activities.
• Engage in learning opportunities and support change‑management initiatives for new processes.

Required profile

• Ability to work under direct supervision and adhere to well‑defined precedents.
• Eagerness to develop basic knowledge and skills required for the role.
• Analytical mindset with good communication skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
