Fashion Consultant – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for Michael Kors within Chalhoub Group, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data to inform business reviews.
• Maintain client relationships using an omni‑channel approach.
• Provide pre‑buying product feedback and promote the loyalty program (MUSE).
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and SOP compliance.
• Manage click‑and‑collect orders within agreed service‑level agreements.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and CX initiatives.
• Stay updated on brand social media campaigns and app offerings.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury fashion and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail setting and meet sales goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on visual standards and data accuracy.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and loyalty program platforms.
• Basic understanding of retail analytics and inventory management.
