About the role
Join Chalhoub Group as a Fashion Consultant at The Deal, Dubai Outlet Mall. This part‑time position focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales of luxury fashion, beauty and accessories.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Drive client relationships using an omni‑channel approach.
- Provide pre‑buying feedback on products.
- Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and keep customers informed about app offerings.
- Support in‑store marketing events, activations and social‑media campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to visual‑merchandising guidelines, SOPs and service‑level agreements for click‑and‑collect.
- Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and support CRM, CX initiatives.
- Contribute to eNPS and people‑experience initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- UAE national (Emiratisation) preferred.
