Fashion Consultant – Tryano, Yas Mall

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group’s Tryano store in Yas Mall, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting individual and team sales targets. You will support the implementation of CRM, CX and other customer‑focused initiatives across the store.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships using an omni‑channel approach.
• Provide pre‑buying product feedback and promote the MUSE loyalty programme.
• Ensure adherence to visual‑merchandising guidelines and SOPs.
• Manage click‑and‑collect orders within agreed SLAs.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and CX initiatives.
• Stay updated on brand social media activities and campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong Arabic or Russian communication skills.
• Experience in luxury retail environments.
