F&B Assistant

About the role

The F&B Assistant supports daily operations across all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and high‑quality service. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication abilities and a passion for hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist across bar, restaurant, room service, and event catering areas.
• Greet guests, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages.
• Set and arrange tables, fold napkins, and prepare tableware for dining and events.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol awareness regulations and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Associate's degree or college diploma preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
