F&B Service Expert

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Service Expert to join the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts team in Dubai. In this guest‑focused position you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service from the moment guests are seated until they leave.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange dining areas, ensuring tables are properly prepared for service.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of dishes.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, respond to requests, and handle transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, service areas and equipment throughout the shift.
• Follow health, safety and company standards, including proper uniform and personal appearance.
• Assist with stocking, moving supplies and handling items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of experience in food‑and‑beverage service or a related hospitality role.
• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to read menus and verify order details.
