F&B Service Expert – Russian Speaker

About the role

The Guest Service Expert at Sheraton The Walk Dubai creates memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work on the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service, accurate order delivery, and a welcoming atmosphere, while using your Russian language skills to assist international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, linens, and dining accessories.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and coordinate timing.
• Serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow hygiene standards.
• Handle menu inquiries, verify items visually, and assist guests with selections.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with help), and reaching overhead or below knee level.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform the physical duties listed.
• Fluency in Russian to interact with Russian‑speaking guests.
