About the role
Join Aloft’s vibrant food and beverage team in Dubai as a Guest Service Expert. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring every interaction feels personal and seamless. The role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Interact with guests, answer questions, and provide attentive service throughout their meal.
- Maintain work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to health and safety standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) for extended periods.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
