Fiat P2P Operation Expert

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Fiat P2P Operation Expert to lead regional growth and daily operational performance for its peer‑to‑peer (P2P) platform. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with local teams across Southeast Asia and other assigned markets, turning global strategy into concrete execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day P2P business performance across SEA and other regions, monitoring transaction volume, competitiveness, disputes and fraud patterns.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data‑driven solutions to improve platform efficiency and user experience.
• Provide localized business insights to the Global P2P Ops Lead and contribute to product roadmap development.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of regional Business Development managers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Community and Customer Service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional business development or operations within fintech, cryptocurrency or digital finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, comfortable managing a small team.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, high‑performance environment.

Required skills

• Data‑driven analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of P2P transaction flows, fraud detection and risk mitigation.
• Experience with cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management.
