Field Operations & Sales Support Executive

About the role

Apex Enterprises is seeking a proactive Field Operations & Sales Support Executive to manage material collection, delivery, and lead generation across the UAE. The role combines logistics, document control, and customer outreach while representing the company on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Collect materials from suppliers and deliver them safely and on time to customers and project sites throughout the UAE.
• Verify deliveries, obtain signed documents, and maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Drive company personnel to meetings, supplier visits, and other business activities as required.
• Identify potential customers, projects and business opportunities while on the field.
• Make initial contact with prospects and generate leads for the sales team.
• Support follow‑up activities with customers and suppliers.
• Maintain the company vehicle responsibly and comply with UAE traffic and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience with good knowledge of UAE roads and major business/industrial areas.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UAE as needed.
• Organised, responsible and able to handle materials and important documents independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; Hindi preferred; Arabic advantageous.
