Field Sales Executive – Building Materials

About the role

ADESCO is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote its extensive range of building materials across Abu Dhabi. You will work directly with contractors, developers, consultants and retail customers, generating new business and maintaining existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, meetings and networking.
• Visit project sites regularly to understand requirements and present product solutions.
• Market and sell a full portfolio that includes cement, construction chemicals, waterproofing, paints, steel, timber, gypsum boards, tiles, plumbing, electrical items, sanitary ware, insulation, HVAC accessories and safety tools.
• Achieve a monthly sales target of AED 250,000.
• Negotiate quotations, close deals and follow up on pending invoices with the accounts team.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and product specifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience selling building or construction materials, preferably in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Existing network of contractors, consultants, developers and traders is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence; own car preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently under target pressure and meet ambitious sales goals.
