Field Sales Executive

About the role

Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai‑based trading and distribution company, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth across the UAE. You will actively prospect new clients, nurture existing relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and on‑site visits.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Present, promote and sell a diverse product portfolio, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings to understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from sale to delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar B2B sales role, preferably in trading or distribution within the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and proactive.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
