Field Sales Representative (Cars)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join our Cars segment. You will act as the bridge between Bayut & dubizzle and car buyers and sellers across the UAE, driving revenue through direct field engagements and test‑drives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both sellers and buyers.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test‑drives and explain inspection reports during on‑site viewings.
• Collaborate with finance, insurance and transfer teams to ensure smooth vehicle hand‑over.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable models and follow up to improve closing ratios.
• Handle client queries via phone and email, and keep the CRM system updated with accurate comments and reports.
• Stay informed about the motors market, audience segments and promotional offers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a field representative or account manager in the UAE, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to close sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
