Field Systems Software Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Field Systems Software Technician to install and configure NeoCloud/AI software for data‑center and enterprise customers across the UAE. The role involves on‑site and remote work, coordinating with backend developers and communicating with customer IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and validate NeoCloud/AI software on customer environments.
• Work with the backend team on deployments, upgrades, and issue escalation.
• Communicate with customer IT teams regarding requirements, access, timelines, and handoff.
• Manage site visits or remote sessions from preparation through sign‑off.
• Document installed components and outstanding items.

Required profile

• Experience with Linux, server, and cloud software installation.
• Understanding of networking basics, including DNS, firewalls, VPN, and ports.
• Customer‑facing technical communication in English.
• Willingness to travel for field visits across the UAE.
• Experience with NeoCloud/AI/GPU infrastructure is a plus.
• Bash or Python scripting experience is a plus.
