Finance Assistant

About the role

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations in its Dubai office. The role is ideal for a numerically strong individual who enjoys maintaining accurate records and collaborating with senior finance staff.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting ledgers.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other supporting documents.
• Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
• Help prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Maintain organized financial files and documentation.
• Process expense claims and monitor petty‑cash transactions.
• Support VAT documentation, tax filing and audit preparation.
• Update accounting software and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with internal departments on invoices, payments and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting or bookkeeping.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
