Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our trading companies across Asia and Europe. Based in Dubai, you will ensure robust financial governance, compliance and performance while supporting the group’s international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations of multiple trading entities in Asia and Europe.
• Manage reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong financial governance, internal controls and reporting systems.
• Handle cross‑border financial structures, intercompany transactions and multi‑entity reporting.
• Collaborate with finance teams and external advisors across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, legal consultants and tax advisors.
• Conduct regular international travel to review and support financial operations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, CIMA).
• Proven experience managing finance functions across multiple legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of international finance, cross‑border transactions and multi‑jurisdictional compliance.
• Experience in trading companies, multinational organisations or holding groups.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate; European nationals encouraged to apply.
