Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager joins the senior management team to lead the development and execution of long‑range financial plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard the fiscal integrity of the organization. This role reports directly to the CFO and represents the finance function in strategic meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor long‑term financial plans, goals and objectives aligned with corporate strategy.
• Research, analyse and interpret financial transactions, market conditions and legislative changes.
• Maintain fiscal integrity by overseeing budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting and investment valuation.
• Coordinate with banks, consultants and external partners on debt programmes and funding policies.
• Prepare regulatory reports for overseas projects and ensure timely submission.
• Evaluate and improve financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities.
• Lead risk‑management and insurance programmes to minimise losses.
• Manage credit issuance, set rating criteria and monitor credit limits.
• Represent the CFO in meetings and provide financial guidance to divisional teams.
• Oversee project financial performance, cost control and cash‑flow management.
• Direct audit processes, ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Drive implementation of new financial policies and processes.
• Lead, motivate and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA or MBA in Accounting is an advantage.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in senior financial management, budgeting and regulatory compliance.
