Finance Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing real estate business in Dubai. The role combines technical finance responsibilities with commercial performance support, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with UAE accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Manage external audits, VAT and corporate tax compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare performance reports and provide insightful analysis for strategic decision‑making.
• Evaluate investments, monitor project profitability and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
• Significant finance experience, preferably in real estate, property development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in FP&A and commercial finance.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to partner with stakeholders.
